Our adoption process can be found on our website here: www.mnpocketpetrescue.org/process Estimated birth date: 5/1/22 Personality: Cuddly, Curious, Enjoys being held, Friendly toward humans, Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc) Favorite treats: Romaine lettuce and cilantro Current Diet: Oxbow Essentials Adult Guinea Pig Food, Fruit, Veggies, Leafy Greens, Western Timothy & Orchard Mix, Western Timothy Hay Favorite toys and activities: Chewing cardboard and Fleece snuggles Potty trained: No - Does not use a litter box but only potties in cage This animal’s daily routine: Morning vitamin C tab. Afternoon fresh veggies and floor time. BFF (Does this animal have or need a friend of the same species in their home?): Yes, Tadpole, Hot Cocoa, & Mitzy are a bonded trio and must be adopted together. Is good when being held. Will run away when being picked up. Working to make it more positive with treats. Very sweet and cuddly once she is being held. Tadpole came to MNPPR after being found abandoned outside. She gave birth to Hot Cocoa shortly after arriving in rescue. Tadpole & Hot Cocoa made their way back to MNPPR along with their new friend Mitzy when their family was no longer able to provide proper care. Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Tadpole’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Roseville PetSmart - 2480 Fairview Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113 for meet & greets, & adoptions. Fee: Tadpole, Hot Cocoa, & Mitzy have a combined adoption fee of $85 We absolutely DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS! Please do not ask. Tadpole's care while in rescue has not yet been sponsored.
