Meet Joey!
Joey was rescued in January 2023 from a local shelter with a large group of male guinea pigs. They were neglected and underweight so we were very happy to be able to help get all 13 of them out of the shelter and safe with our incredible foster volunteers.
Joey needs a loving home of his own and a friend! He is about a year and a half old (as of March 2024) he's friendly, loves his treats and is great during lap time. He's very handsome and just a great piggy all around!
If you're interested in Joey, please submit an application and we can move him to the top of the buddy priority list.
Once paired, we require a 4x2 C&C cage or a double midwest cage setup. The 4x2 C&C cage measures 56" x 27". Please see our Supply list for links to approved habitats: https://www.socalguineapigrescue.org/supplies-list
All of our piggies are fostered in LA, OC and Ventura Counties so please message us if you would like to meet any of them.
