My Story

Meet Jim, affectionately called Jimbo! Jim is a new arrival that came to us when his family was moving and couldn't take him along. Jim can't wait to find his forever home <3 While Jim can be a bit shy at first, it doesn't take too long for him to start exploring his new surroundings (especially with bribery - his beloved fresh veggies!). While doing his medical exam, we quickly discovered that Jim had painful nails that hadn't been trimmed in a long time that were affecting his walk and feet. Since being cleaned up and trimmed, he is feeling much better and is ready to meet that perfect someone(s)! Never had a Guinea pig before? No problem! Check out our comprehensive care guide below. Adopters should be aware that like all pets, Guinea pigs are a life-long commitment that need proper cleaning, space, and veterinary care. Interested in adopting Jimbo? Fill out an application online by scrolling down, OR, drop in to the branch between 12pm-3pm every day of the week except Monday to meet him in person!
