Garrison (Gary)

Garrison was running around someone's yard for 2 weeks when we were alerted to his need for rescue. He has been fecal tested and found to be healthy at his vet appt. We have no idea about his age, but he is handsome with a thick beautiful coat of white and cinnamon. Gary was very timid for the first few weeks, hiding whenever a human came in the room. Now he has learned the feeding schedule and starts "singing" with excitement when he knows mealtime is near. He wants to be sure no one forgets him. This little cutie has a great appetite and eagerly gobbles whatever is offered. His favorites so far are romaine and bell peppers. He is getting braver, and has begun taking delicious treats from his caretaker's hand and allowing the occasional stroke before darting away. We feel that with with patience and time he will be a friendly, social guy. Gary seeks a home with gentle humans who will earn his trust at his own pace. We would entertain meet and greets with other healthy male piggies, in case he'd like to live with a pal or two.
