My Story

Fig (black and red Crested) was originally purchased from a pet store after noticing he was being bullied by the other males in his enclosure. He has very tattered ears that remind us of those tough times he had as a young pup in a big pet store. After coming to us, Fig tried to find a friend but never landed the right buddy. He’s a timid Guinea pig who is petite for his age, and will always be a smaller male. Fig needs work on confidence, but has worked really hard to be able to take treats from the hand. He loves his cookies! Pibb (Tri-color American) came to us after his mommy gave birth to him and his two sisters. His mom was found roaming around East Saint Paul before she gave birth. Pibb is a young baby who is just discovering the world. He’s confident, talkative, and easy to handle! Pibb was paired with Fig, and loves to follow him around like a big brother. Pibb loves any veggies you give him, and is excited to nibble anything new! We think that as Pibb continues to grow he will help Fig gain confidence. These two are looking for a home that will practice daily handling and does not mind skittish pigs like Fig. We can meet within 1 hour of Minneapolis or Lakeville MN for adoptions. Potentially further- please inquire and we can discuss! APPLY HERE: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WBNmcpIZA4Bv_SsWTu1FfFh4_UUjro4QoZOaB9gA5Wk/edit?usp=sharing
