MEET DREW! Drew is a handsome boy with his white mane. He used to be housed with Luke, but the two found it hard to share a smaller space together, especially with other female piggies as neighbors! We think he could be happy living by himself provided his people give him lots of love and attention, or even be a neighbor to other male guinea pigs. If he is going to be roommates with another piggie again, he will need a very slow introduction with lots of space to cohabitate. Like any pet, guinea pigs require a lot of care and attention. It is important to familiarize yourself with their daily and long-term needs before adopting a new pig. Since guinea pigs are prey animals, they'll need a little extra time and patience adjusting to their surroundings before their unique personalities can truly shine! Guinea pigs are talkative and clever, and make wonderful companions when they've bonded with you! In order to adopt, we will need to approve a photo of the enclosure Drew will be living in before you take him home. Drew has been seen by our vet team.
