My Story

#701852 How this pet arrived: Clyde was brought in by a community member. Why this pet is the one for you: This is Clyde! He's a sweet little mouse looking for a home to call his own. Clyde is young and social little guy! Mice should live in groups of 3 or more. To co-house with other female mice - he will need to be neutered. He enjoys exploring and snacking on his pellets and fresh fruit and veggies. You may have seen fun-themed, brightly colored critter homes at the pet store, but WOW those are quite dangerous and really boring for the smart, active muse. Mice need an enclosure of about 20"x40" that can allow for a minimum of 6'-"8" inches of bedding to borrow in. Aquariums, plexiglass and wooden enclosures, and home-made bin enclosure are great! Mice love clutter and climbing! There are creative ways you can enrich your mice enclosure with things you probably have at home! Before adopting Clyde, make sure you have an appropriate enclosure set up in your home and bring a secure carrier to take this little fellow home today!
