Tilly is an approximately 11 month old Red-Footed Tortoise. We believe he is male. Tilly came in underweight and underdeveloped due to being on a wrong diet. Tilly has been eating well and starting to grow. As adults, Red-Footed Tortoises can get to be 30lbs. Tilly will need a home that will take care of his growing needs!
