Intake date: 12/5/23 Status: Available Thaniel is an adult male bearded dragon who came to us from a mass neglect case. He was very thin when he was first surrendered but has gained weight back well and has an insatiable appetite! Thaniel finishes his salads immediately and absolutely loves food. He is friendly and easy to handle, but sometimes thinks fingers look like bugs! Thaniel is a beautiful dragon and is very active. However, he does have an issue with chronic loose stools. Thaniel has been to our vet and received many fecals and anti-parasitics, but due to his history of emaciation/neglect his fecals are usually loose. For this reason, we recommend a tile substrate that is easy to clean. His adoption fee is $60. Thaniel will require a minimum 75 gallon enclosure.
