Personality: Rex does not like to be handled and prefers to run around on the floor. She should calm down with gentle handling. She eats roaches and superworms out of a bowl, but will chase them and crickets around her cage.. She will constantly tell you she's starving, but she's really conning you.

The Northern California Herpetological Society accepts unwanted pet reptiles and provides them with vet checks and supportive care as needed. Adopters are expected to be familiar with the care and handling of the species. We are based in Sacramento, CA, and do not ship animals. A donation of $40 is requested to help cover our vet costs.
