Habitat: Provide me with a spacious tank, at least 40 gallons, to accommodate my size and ensure I have plenty of room to move around. Include secure hides, branches, and other decor to create a stimulating environment. ?? Temperature and Humidity: Maintain a temperature gradient of 75-85°F with a basking spot around 90°F. Nighttime temperatures can drop to 70-75°F. Keep humidity levels between 50-60%. Ensure the enclosure has proper ventilation to prevent excessive moisture buildup. ? Lighting: While some say that ball pythons are nocturnal and don’t require UVB lighting, recent studies show that providing a natural light cycle with 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness will benefit overall health. ?? Diet: Offer pre-killed large mice or small rats once every 7-10 days. Ensure the prey items are no larger than the widest part of my body. Fresh water should always be available in a shallow dish. ??
