This handsome mini rex has just joined us from a family who couldn't take care of him anymore due to human health issues.
He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated for RHDV2!
Trident is a spunky opinionated fella who is also a bit on the sensitive and insecure side. He can sometimes grunt and box defensively when feeling overwhelmed and wants some space so an adult-only home who can read his body language and understand when he's overwhelmed would be best for him.
Trident has recently been diagnosed with megacolon which is a very common genetic digestive disorder in rabbits. Trident does best on a strict high-fiber diet and lots of exercise to manage this condition. At this time he is not currently on any medications, but may need some motility medications (simple oral yummy flavored liquid) daily in the future to keep him on track.
His quirky personality will surely win over a bunny-savvy family looking for a mostly free-range pal with velvety soft fur!
