Meet Split Pea!
For about a month, we’ve been working on a case with the Friendship Animal Protective League in Ohio. They rescued 30+ bunnies from a cruelty case, so we agreed to intake 9 of them and help ease their load.
They recently arrived and we are so excited to tell you about Split Pea!
He’s about 1 year old and a little bit timid (for now). We get it. Life hasn’t been kind to him. He was part of an animal cruelty bust so bad, we can only imagine the conditions he was found in.
When we picked him up, he got so nervous that he tinkled all over our volunteer and right into her Crocs. He’s so cute, that all we could do was laugh about it!
Split Pea is like a marshmallow. Large, fluffy, very sweet. Very calm. We’d love to find him a bunwife.
