Smudge

Meet Smudge, affectionately known as Rupert, a shy little soul with a heart full of warmth. Although a bit timid at first, once you gently begin to pet him, Smudge will settle in and enjoy the affection. Smudge has a quirky habit of lounging in the litter box, which is surprisingly handy when it's time for him to use the restroom. His sweet nature shines through once he feels safe. However, sudden movements or the prospect of being picked up can send him scurrying for cover. Extended eye contact might also prompt a retreat as he's still learning to trust. When he thinks no one is watching, Smudge's playful side comes alive. He engages in delightful antics, from joyful sploots to taking peaceful naps, and engaging in "bunstruction" projects with cardboard boxes. Smudge is a gentle soul who's just beginning to discover the joys of interaction. With patience and love, he will undoubtedly come out of his shell.
