Sirius was dumped outside with at least 3 others. He was brought in to a family’s home with 2 of the other loose buns. The kind family reached out for help, not having had rabbits before. They got him and the other boy neutered and are taking care of the 3rd bun who gave birth to 7 babies.
Both Sirius and the other boy moved to foster recently and we are learning about his personality. He is still a little skittish, but is definitely the more confident of the two and seems like he’ll warm up to someone pretty easily with time. Definitely best for an only rabbit household though, he’s got an attitude problem when the others free roam up to his cage.
He is learning to use his litter bin and has been very good so far. Sirius would do best in a home with older children, who understand it will take him time to settle in. He is looking forward to spending 10-12 years with his own family soon.
