Roger (A135127) is a 5-month-old intact male rabbit who weighed 2.94 pounds on intake! 07/08/24 This wonderful rabbit is Roger! Roger is a friendly little guy who arrived at the shelter as a stray. Roger has already picked up on using his litterbox and has a hearty appetite while at the shelter. If you are unfamiliar with rabbits we encourage you to do the research prior to adopting. He should have unlimited access to timothy for his teeth and gi health, a measured amount of pellet food daily, and fresh greens daily. Roger does enjoy drinking out of a water dish as well as his water bottle. Enrichment is also very important for our rabbit friends. Providing him with plenty of room to hop around and explore as well as rabbit approved chews is not only important for his mental health but also his teeth! Rabbits do like to chew on everything, so making sure you rabbit-proof your home first is important prior to free roam. If you are interested in meeting Roger, please let us know!
