Popcorn

Popcorn is one of the many babies that we rescued from the streets of New Egypt, NJ. Bunnies were were dumped in the area and 2 females had back-to-back-to-back litters. Several months later, we have stopped the origin of the dumping and caught/rescued more than 25 bunnies, most of them babies. Popcorn is an amazing little baby girl. (Approx 12 weeks old as of mid July). She gets along extremely well with her sister, Patch, who is the orange dutch looking bunny she is pictured with in some photos. We think all our bunnies are great, but Popcorn is truly a smart cookie! She knows how to charm you, recognizes the sound of the fridge door opening from a room away, and absolutely recognizes the word "treat" already. If she's unsure of a situation, she'll hang back for a minute to assess, but quickly (and accurately) figures out if someone is safe or not. She was the first of her litter to figure out the treat ball and stacking cups and absolutely loves figuring out new toys - especially if you hide a few pellets in them! Popcorn LOVES nose pets through the edge of the pen and oddly enough enjoys full head-to-tush body pets while she's eating. She will also rub her ears into your hand when she wants more attention. We're pretty sure Popcorn can tell time too, because she 100% knows when its dinner time! Popcorn can be a bit of a goof playing with her sister. She also loves finding the sunny spot in the room and laying out like a cat. Popcorn is doing AMAZING with her litter training which is very impressive for a little bun who's still waiting to be old enough to be spayed! Popcorn does have pink eyes and "red eyed white" bunnies are unfortunately passed by again and again. Meanwhile, these breeds are some of the sweetest, most easy going buns around. We really hope the right adopter see this and falls in love with Popcorn for who she is. $200 adoption fee includes Popcorn, (spayed and vaxxed as soon as she's old enough), a playpen, hay, pellets, bowls, litter and litter box.
