Niamh (Neeve)

Niamh (pronounced Neeve) came to us the week after Easter as a tiny little baby that fit in the palm of your hand. She was probably about 4 weeks old and had a badly fractured left rear hock. Because she was so young her ankle had already fused so she had surgery to remove a piece of bone that was poking out through her skin and the vet was able to save her foot. Her left foot does stick out a weird angle but it is functional for her and does not cause her any problems. Since she will be a large bunny she should have non-slip flooring in her new home to prevent any arthritis forming in the joint as she ages. Niamh is a super sweet girl. She loves toys and treats and would love a home where she can have lots of time to roam and explore. **If you are new to house rabbits, please do your research before adding a bunny to your home. They are phenomenal companions but you must understand rabbit behavior and the level of care they require!** We adopt out to indoor homes only. You must be 21 years of age to adopt.
