Earlier this summer, Lemongrass was brought to our friends over at Friends of the Pet Adoption Center.
Her ear mites were the worst anyone had seen and they quickly went to work treating them, spaying her, and deworming her. They did a fabulous job.
We absolutely love their program, truly cannot rave about it enough, and our partnership is essential to saving even more local bunnies. As soon as a spot opened up here, we moved Lemongrass over to try and find her a bondmate.
Lemongrass is relaxed and calm. She has lingering damage to her ear. It’s just cosmetic, but the ear will always hang down.
Our hearts break that someone would dump such a beautiful girl, especially visible to predators due to her white fur.
Lemongrass is just happy to be included and her human foster sister reads her a story each night.
