My Story

Two sweet babies were rescued from near the Georgia border. These babies were tossed outside by an individual who bought them and no longer wanted them, but was angry when a Good Samaritan saved them from the busy road they had wandered onto after repeated rescues and returns. We were informed that there were additional bunnies that did not survive. We are protecting these bunnies by providing a graphic image for our Petfinder listing. Georgia Boarder babies are estimated to be 6 months old (estimated to be born at the beginning of March, 2024) and are brothers. They are very closely bonded, likely from the trauma they endured together. Despite this, they are extremely friendly rabbits and absolutely love people and attention. These babies stand up on their hind legs to ask for petting and adore blueberries and banana. They love to play and race! They are both good at doing zoomies! Both babies are spayed/neutered and vaccinated against RHDV2, and have a record at one of our local veterinary clinics. Both are in very good health. Rabbits can live 10-12 years with good care and an indoor, safe living space! Rabbits need daily Timothy hay, nutritious pellets, greens/veggies, and a bowl of fresh water. Free-roaming or exercise pens work best! We do not recommend cages or hutches or outdoor housing.
