My Story

Introducing Dandelion! Dandelion and another bunny were dumped to fend for themselves in a neighborhood. Soon after seeing them, someone was able to catch both bunnies. However, Dandelion was bone thin. She had patches of hair missing and small puncture wounds that were healing. So we are not sure how long she had been running loose or if this was the result of poor care by whoever dumped her. Regardless, Dandelion has recovered from these issues since being with Wayward and has gained weight nicely. At the moment, she is a little unsure, which is understandable having been through what she has been through. We have been able to catch glimpses of her personality and we feel like she will be a friendly bunny as she is socialized. She is looking for a home where she will be kept inside as a valued family member with no worries of being dumped again. Currently in foster care in Laurens but we can make arrangements for her to be seen in the Greenville or Columbia areas for approved adopters as needed.
