Meet Carrotta! She is a 2 year old spayed cinnamon bun! She came to the rescue in a cage & had SEVERE cage rage. We’ve never seen a bunny more aggressive! Her nails were so unbelievably long, but we couldn’t even burrito her to trim them. We had to wait until she was under anesthesia for the vet to trim them!
But wouldn’t you know it- took her out of the cage & into an Xpen, had her spayed the very next day after surrender, & we’ve got a whole new lady!
She is the CLEANEST bunny at the rescue! She takes pets, loves to loaf, & while she is still very timid, she’s no longer showing aggression towards anything but the broom that cleans the pens ? even then it’s just some vocals LOL!
