My Story

May, 2024: Bindi was rescued by us a while back and was adopted. We recently received information she had been abandoned with a relative of the adopter who needed us to take her back into our rescue. It appears maybe she wasn't living her best life as we had hoped. Here is our original post about her, which is still true. She will now just need a little patience while she gets back to being her wonderful self. October, 2022: Which side are you on....SWEET, or SOUR?? Lucky for you, Bindi is a unique bunny! Her personality is both sweet and sour. She was found scared and thin in Bartlett, having every right to be sour on life. Her outlook is now sweet in the care of our loving foster. Because she was hungry and left to fend for herself, she is VERY serious about her eating schedule and doesn't like you to be late! Bindi loves pets and attention but will often act like she does not. We like to say she "plays hard to get." She is happiest outside the enclosure and LOVES to roam and explore. Y ou may even catch her doing a binkie! She will sit with you as long as you're petting her or feeding her treats. She has recently discovered the puzzle and loves to figure it out! Her foster challenges her every day. She likes to sit on top of her hidey house and is good with the foster's small dog. Bindi will make a great house rabbit pet! Find out more about our adoption process on our web site and fill out an application if you would like to be the lucky one to give BINDI the great life she deserves.WWW.NEWBEGINNINGSRABBITRESCUE.ORG
