Amber Snowqueen was found running around an apartment complex for a few days. Concerned residents contacted us. We were sure someone would miss this beautiful, smart, and friendly rabbit, but no one came forward to claim her. Their loss, your gain! She is ALMOST the perfect pet: quiet, beautiful, litterbox trained ( she keeps her living quarters 100% clean at all times - geee, I wish my house would look THAT clean all the time!) She is totally comfortable with the busy schedule of the rescue, with people coming and going, my dogs, and the office cats.
So, you wonder: why is she ALMOST the perfect pet? Well, she gets a little nippy when she gets excited, especially when food is involved. But it's far feom serious biting - she never draws blood or anything like it. Still, we would not recommend her with small children.
