Dumped at a pet store w/ his brother Ozzy. Norbert had overgrown teeth, which have now been realigned. He requires monthly teeth trims. Ozzy had starting showing signs of head tilt when he first arrived, but has since been treated and fully recovered. They were adopted in 2020 & returned in Jan '24 when the owners began having health & financial issues.
