My Story

Meet the most amazing mother, Moonstone, she was found along with several other bunnies in a local neighborhood as an abandoned pet. She was found with several young babies we assume are her kids. Only a few short days in our care she had another secret litter of kits! Making her a mother of 15!! She has cared for them amazingly and was so kind to the humans that were helping her along the way. She is patient and curious, loves to kiss her fosters hands and face, and food!!! She is still getting used to being picked up, she is much happier just sitting next to you getting some pets. She loves her stacking cups and when her foster mom hides pellets and lettuce under her cups so she can find them! She would do great in a quiet home where she could have room to throw around her cups and spread out. *Mama Moon is not currently Spayed as of 7/7/24, we will be getting her Spayed soon as her babies are about to wean and we will be covering that costs. All of the rabbits in our care are rescues and typically need lots of patience and care to be comfortable and social in your home. As you bond with your rabbit, you will see more and more of their personality come through. If you have specific needs for the best fit in your home, please reach out and we are happy to make match suggestions. Can't commit to adopting a bun just yet? That's okay, so many of our bunnies you see here are in need of a loving foster home! If interested in fostering any of our adorable creatures please check out our website at https://www.fairytalefarm.org/ More about caring for rabbits: https://oxbowanimalhealth.com/blog/which-small-pet-is-right-for-you-rabbits/ https://www.humanesociety.org/resources/rabbit-right-pet-you All rabbits in our care are spayed / neutered.
