Melody & Harmony

Melly & Harmy are a PERFECTLY PERFECT bonded pair of half sisters. (They have the same father, but different mothers). Heartbreakingly, they were originally purchased from a breeder, and then at just 7 months old, they were dumped at an over-capacity shelter. Since being rescued, they have both been spayed; and vaccinated against RHDV. Melody (Melly) - Smooth velveteen dark chocolate brown fur, tan underbelly - Birthday: November 30, 2020 Harmony (Harmy) - Plush velvet grey and white fur - Birthday: December 5, 2020 These adorable girls are both unbelievably soft … pure velveteen bliss! Both bunnies are sooo+ sweet. They are curious and energetic; and gentle and friendly. Of the two, Melly is more outgoing; and Harmy is more cautious. These two lovebugs are always together: eating, grooming, snuggling, and collaborating on impressive bunstruction projects. Melly’s favourite hobby is redecorating their enclosure; while Harmy’s favourite pastime is fluffing pillows. They love hopping through tunnels; and playing with willow balls and toilet paper rolls. They will wow you with their epic zoomies and binkies! Melly & Harmy’s differences, explained in one paragraph: They have completely opposite bunnyalities! Melly is outgoing and bold; while Harmy is shy and cautious. Melly is uber quick to get excited. She will always assume that you have a treat for them, and she will immediately beg, dance circles around you, gently nosey-bonk your ankles to make sure that you don’t forget that they need treats! Harmy, (who does want the treats just as badly), will adorably watch Melly from a safe distance. She observes. She patiently waits to see IF it’s worth getting as excited as Melly. Once she is pretty certain that a treat will indeed materialize, THEN she will join in all of Melly’s hilarious antics! One thing these girls have in common is a love of food!! For breakfast, and then again for dinner, they each devour 1/8th cup of Martin pellets. They have 24/7 access to Oxbow Western Timothy Hay, which they enjoy; and they both drink plenty of water from a bowl. Their daily salads are met with huge enthusiasm! Favourite greens include romaine lettuce, carrot tops, parsley, and cilantro. For treats (in disappointingly small quantities, according to Melly & Harmy), they love apples, bananas, carrots, and dehydrated strawberry pieces. More things Melly & Harmy have in common: - Undying love for each other - A huge love affair with food - Excellent hearing! They can hear a banana being peeled in the other room; and they will never miss the sound of a crinkling bag - Perfect litter box habits - Adorable extracurricular activities - An obsession with all things cardboard - Loads of enthusiasm to help with chores, such as pillow-fluffing and blankie- rearranging - Above average BIQs (Bunny IQs) They are sure to entertain you 24/7, and their Foster Mama is certain that they will make your heart go boom. These two angels have been patiently waiting for their true fur-ever home since July 2021. They deserve their Hoppily Ever After! WHO will be the unbelievably lucky human to adopt them???
