Meet adorable Louis! He is available for adoption or fostering.
Louis is estimated to be 3.5-4 years old and was originally rescued in Birmingham. He is very friendly.
Louis loves bananas and apples for treats, as well as oxbow digestive tablets & selective naturals loops. He is a bit shy, and not a fan of being held, but is very curious and loves to explore and sit near you. He needs to be brushed often because he is bad about swallowing hair during grooming if not.
Louis is neutered, vaccinated against RHDV2, and has a record at North Alabama Cat & Bird Veterinary. He is in very good health.
Rabbits can live 10-12 years with good care and an indoor, safe living space! Rabbits need daily Timothy hay, nutritious pellets, greens/veggies, and a bowl of fresh water. Free-roaming or exercise pens work best! We do not recommend cages or hutches or outdoor housing.
