My Story

Lola was found this summer outside in a park, trying to survive. She was being chased by a dog and a kind person and their daughter helped rescue her. ?There was a male rabbit with her just before her rescue, because she had 5 babies a month after one of our fosters took her in. Unfortunately, the male rabbit was never found. Lola had likely been attacked prior to her rescue, because she had some nasty wounds that required treatment by a veterinarian and a course of oral antibiotics and topical treatments. We believe Lola is less than 1 year old, and she's about 4 1/2 lbs. She's a wonderful mom, taking great care of her little ones. Lola will be available for adoption after the babies are weaned and she is spayed. The babies will be available for adoption after they are spayed/neutered.
