My Story

Hello there! My name is Lacey. I am one of nineteen bunnies who were taken to animal control, as our previous owners were no longer able to care for us. Unfortunately, the shelter became overwhelmed with the number of bunnies they had to look after, and they had to consider the possibility of euthanizing us. Thankfully, the shelter staff reached out to several animal rescue organizations for help, and one of them was able to take us in. Now, I'm enjoying all the love and attention that my new human friends are giving me. They're providing me with comfortable living conditions, plenty of food and water, and lots of playtime. I feel lucky to have been given a second chance at a happy life.
