Kerfuffle

Kerfuffle is our most nervous little bun. She’s also teeny tiny. She was found as a stray with numerous bite marks and a cataract. It’s clear she was a punching bag for other bunnies prior to being dumped. During her last meet n greet, she became so overwhelmed that she began to hyperventilate and panic. We removed her immediately and are now searching for a very special, patient, and quiet forever home. Her foster family says, “Kerfluffle, or as I like to call her, Miss Scardy Pants. Poor girl came to us absolutely terrified. If you even looked at her, she would run in her house and not come out for hours. Slowly, very slowly she has learned that people are not so scary. She used to be pretty elusive, and I would only get rare glimpses of her, but now I see her out and about, and she comes out of her enclosure for free room time on her own. She needs a family that is very patient and understands she needs some time to trust humans. She would do great with a single college kid. She will come with her pink, emotional support, stuffed bunny, they have become best buds.” It’s going to take a lot of searching, but we know her forever family is out there.
