Taken from a multi animal surrender Glaze was one of 46 rabbits we rescued.
Glaze is so named because her rich black fur has a lovely glaze of grey on it. Very pretty indeed.
She was recently spayed and went right into stasis. It took her a week to stabilize again but she is back now for good.
Where the spay incision was made her skin is visible due to the vet shaving the area and it is a fascinating mottled blend of pink and black. We have never seen this before in the 1000 rabbits we have rescued outside of this particular group of rabbits.
She is extremely shy but will come around with some TLC…
Glaze has been vaccinated against RHDV because he spent time at another rescue prior to coming here and he was vaccinated.
