My Story

Clara Bow was a stray bun turned in to Companion Animal Alliance (EBR shelter). She came to MHRR in April 2024. Clara is curious, though maybe a little apprehensive at first. She is gentle and easily picked up though she prefers not to be. She is using the litterbox very well. When she arrived she was a large size but still had baby fur so we expect her to have been born around January 2024. Now that's been with us a while and gotten comfortable, she's not scared of her dog roommate at all, and binkies with reckless abandon - literally will run right into you or something on accident! :-D Spay/neuter: 5/3/24Fecal test: negative at recheck (previously positive for coccidia)Last weight: 6.4lbs (6/3/24 and may have more growing to do)Medgene RHDV2 vaccine dates: 5/6/24 & 6/3/24 This pet is fostered in Baton Rouge, LA. Pet availability updated daily. For more information on rabbit care along with our housing/care/bunny proofing recommendations visit our website at MagicHappensRescue.com/WelcomeToRabbits All MHRR rabbits are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and fecal tested/treated for parasites.
