**Meet Cheesecake and Churro: Ready for Their Forever Home!** Cheesecake and Churro first joined our rescue in November 2022 as part of a group of 7 rabbits that were unfortunately dumped in Jacksonville. They found a home but returned to the rescue because Cheesecake developed GI stasis issues. Thankfully, after extensive testing, Dr. Smith at Exotic Bird Hospital has medically cleared her. Cheesecake is on a daily liver support medication, which she finds super tasty and considers a treat-plus, it's very affordable! As a reminder, it's crucial to have a medical kit on hand, just as we discuss in our Bunny 101 class. These adorable bunnies are just under 3 years old and are incredibly sweet! They love engaging with toys, like puzzles, which keep their minds active, and digging boxes, which help stave off boredom. Churro, with his luxurious coat, requires regular shaving to prevent matting and hair blockages-we can show you how to do this or provide shaving services as needed. He's had a fresh haircut since these photos were taken. Churro is the life of the party and quite the entertainer with his silly antics. Cheesecake, on the other hand, is more laid back and shy, often showing her comfort and happiness by flopping contentedly.
