My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Ash is still adjusting to his new surroundings and is still a little skittish. New treats seem to be a big motivator for him though! He loves his new Rabbit chew toys and nibbles with vigor! Ash finds solace and comfort in his cozy house, where he spends much of his time napping and relaxing. Ash is still in the process of socializing with his new foster family and is gradually becoming more comfortable with human interaction. While he may be initially shy, he shows promise in his willingness to be held and handled. Ash's foster mom is introducing him to the concept of using a litter box. Ash was found as a stray. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about Ruff Start's adoption process and the care our foster animals receive, please visit our How to Adopt page. If you are unable to adopt but want to help this animal and others in our care, you can donate to support the medical and veterinary needs of all Ruff Start Rescue animals.
