My Story

Breed: American Size: Medium DOB: Adult Reason in Rescue: Caught outside Personality: Energetic and Shy Friends: Hi my name is Arber. I was caught outside after living under a shed for 6 weeks. I am learning to trust humans and think I am doing pretty good about it. When I was in foster my foster mom said I was a sweet boy. I am hoping that someone else will adopt me and I can be their sweet boy. I don't like to be picked up, but I do like to be out running around and be pet but on my terms. If you have the patience to help me becoming your sweet boy please fill out an application for me. • Requirements • Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with a large to x-large dog crate or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2'). We do not recommend plastic bottom cages or hutches. • Adoption process • An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.eriearearabbitsociety.org), and approved by our adoption committee. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption. If you have any other questions you can email at [email protected] or call (814)838-9732. • Recommended Food • - Oxbow, Sherwood, Small Pet Select or Kaytee timothy pellets, about 1/4 cup per day - Unlimited timothy hay - 2-3 cups of fresh, dark leafy green vegetables per day For a complete list of rabbit-friendly veggies, visit houserabbit.org. • Bedding • Newspaper, Yesterday's News, Cellsorb, or Carefresh.
