My Story

*I may be a good partner to Toulouse! A1270342* Bonjour! Je mappelle Choupette, which means Little Darling in French (it's pronounced Show-Pett, in case you're a little tongue tied). And that I am! Im a comely girl who charms everyone I meet. Im sweet, friendly, gentle, playful, and mild-mannered. One of my favorite things to do is cozy up next to you and have you stroke my gorgeous, soft, wavy fur. I am quite affectionate and love to have your undivided attention. But I do like to let my hare down once in a while and kick up my heels to do some impressive zoomies and binkies (the rabbit version of the French Cancan). Given my French origin, Im also a gourmet who enjoys eating delicious, healthy leafy greens kale and dandelions are some of my favorites. Before I came to the shelter I was found abandoned with a male rabbit, Toulouse (A1270342), and our volunteers have noticed that we really miss each other. During exercise time, we want to touch noses. They think I would love to be reunited with Toulouse. 2 bunnies are better than one. Because rabbits are social animals, we like company. I would make a wonderful addition to your family and even do well with gentle, respectful children (ages 10+ years). Toulouse likes kids too So, Oh la la, what are you waiting for? This voguish Mademoiselle (and her monsieur too?) would be delighted to meet you and make you fall in love. For adoption/foster inquiries and to know more about this rabbit, contact shelter rabbit volunteer Cheryl at 408-621-3773. She offers free adoption support and care counseling.
