Murphy DOB: 2011 Breed: Tennessee Walking Horse Height: 15.2 hands Weight: 950 lbs CURRENT RIDER LEVEL: Intermediate Murphy is a loving and affectionate gelding who is at the bottom of the heard of mares and geldings he's turned out with. Murphy loves attention and he has learned to smile for treats. When leading Murphy is pushy and needs corrected. He gets nervous away from his friends but he does better when he is working and his mind is busy. Murphy moves a lot when he is standing to be groomed and tacked. Under saddle Murphy is a smooth ride! His gaits are smooth and he's easy to stop, back and turn. Murphy has a good start and knows the basics but lacks overall life experience and exposure to new places and things. He needs someone willing to help him build confidence. With more time and a consistent handler/rider Murphy could be a wonderful trail partner.
