The first horse has a cloudy eye, which looks like an old injury. she’s very lame on seems on one foot, but we don’t know the cause. She is only 16 years old. Could be abscess, Founder, or an injury. Maybe treatable maybe not.
Story:
Another call about someone who lost control over their herd of horses. I’m sure the woman who owned the horses had the best of intentions. She started breeding and kept many of the horses herself. As time passed, she grew older, and was able to handle them less, than developed Dementia, and forgot to feed and care for some of them. Somewhere even left stalls. Many of the horses were found in poor condition. Some were euthanized. These three may have a chance . Please help us get the word out and hope they tug at someone’s heart.
