Fred was rescued from a slaughter house in Tennessee with his driving partner George. Stands at 15 hands and an easy keeper. He stands for the farrier well and no health complaints. He was previously used as a cart horse, likely not treated well considering his fearful personality. He is very shy when in a group but when given his opportunity to meet you and trust you he can be very sweet.
