Adoption Fee: $250 Notes: Daisy was born here after her mother (Darcy) was rescued right before foaling. We have handled Daisy since the hour she has been born, and she is brave, happy, and outgoing. This is a phenomenal filly who will be the horse of lifetime! If you are interested in adopting this horse, message us via Petfinder, call/TEXT 740-707-0793 or email [email protected] To adopt from Bella Run Equine: -We are located in Athens, Ohio, so before contacting us be sure to map it out and make sure you are willing to make the drive. -We require a vet/farrier reference. -We need your address and photos of your barn, fence, and current animals. -Once approved to adopt, you will need to come and meet the horse you are interested in. We do not do sight unseen adoptions. This is to ensure a good fit between horse and rider. -Since you will be approved to adopt when you come for your meet and greet, you are welcome to bring a trailer with you and take your horse home the same day. You can also choose to go home and think about it! -We do not adopt out to people under the age of 21 or people who have been charged with animal cruelty or neglect. We will check. -We do require our adopters to sign an adoption contract that states that the horse is not to be sold (must be returned to BRE in the event that you cannot keep them). We do not allow our mares to go to homes where they will be bred. No exceptions. -We do NOT have regular 9-5 hours and schedule meet and greets by appointment only.
