Hi, I’m Zoey, and I’m excited to share my story with you. I’m a 3-year-old female pup who’s ready to find a special home that understands me and loves me for who I am. Life hasn’t always been easy for me. I’m a bit nervous and can be cautious around new situations and people. But underneath my shyness is a heart full of love and a friendly spirit that shines through once I feel comfortable. I might need a little extra time to warm up, but once I do, you’ll see just how sweet and loyal I can be. One thing you should know about me is that I need to follow a special veterinary diet to keep me healthy and happy. It’s just a small part of who I am, and I promise it won’t stop me from being your devoted companion. With the right food and a little patience, I’ll be the best friend you could ask for. I’ve had the chance to meet some wonderful people at the GTHS, and each time, I show them a glimpse of my affectionate side. I might approach slowly and with a little bit of hesitation, but with gentle words and a kind touch, I start to open up. I love getting pets and being near my humans, even if I’m still figuring out how to fully let go of my nerves. My Special Paws adoption fee is $100 and includes my spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, dewormer and a microchip. The GTHS is open for adoptions from 12pm-4:00pm, every single day of the week and they would be thrilled to introduce you to me!
