PET SUPPLIES PLUS 24-02 FAIR LAWN AVE FAIR LAWN, NJ SATURDAY 2-6:00PM SUNDAY 3-6:OOPM Zoe is 2-year-old affectionate female shepherd/lab mix who loves her belly loves, that is being returned to our rescue through no fault of her own. While her owners say that Zoe is a beautiful, smart and loving dog, she has become extremely territorial, and is growling and attacking their first dog.. He is now afraid of her. She has also been barking and growling and charging the family cats when she sees them. The owners did a few sessions of training but can no longer afford to continue the lessons. They have admitted that they just can't handle her. She does great at the vets office and they all love her. Zoe would do best in a family with dog experience and knowledge of how to keep her in control. Definitely no cats. Zoe knows basic commands. She is housebroken, spayed and up-to-date on shots. Zoe has a soft mouth, as she takes treats very gently. She is crate trained, though she is not crated at night. A fenced in yard would be an ideal situation for Zoe. Although we do have to say, at the adoption events she does not have any reactions to the dogs while in the crate at the store and no reaction whatsoever while meeting dogs out for her walks. She's only a little over 2 years old and is waiting to start the next chapter in her life. -------------------------------------------------------- NEW LOCATION! We DO NOT do "first come, first serve" adoptions, so it is not necessary for you to arrive early. We encourage you to come later in the afternoon as we often have a large crowd at 2pm.
