Here's an adorable face! Little, baby Zippy is what you call a "Chorkie" - a Chihuahua/Yorkie mix. He is very tiny, about 1 pound, and only 6 months old.
Zippy is being given up because the children in the family are allergic to him. This just shows you that breeding a low-allergen dog with another dog doesn't always produce a "hypo-allergenic" dog. So if you have allergies, this dog may not be for you!
Zippy has lived with children, dogs and cats in his short little life and did well with everyone. We recommend children who are old enough to know NOT to squeeze or hurt Zippy because he is so little.
He really is very sweet and loving.
The adoption fee for this dog is $200 which includes neuter (he will be neutered soon) and vaccinations (rabies and parvo/distemper. We show dogs by appointment. If you would like to meet this dog, please call Lisa at (435) 752-3534 and leave a message with your name, numbers (say it slowly and twice to ensure a return call). The director will be returning calls in order.
