Zip

6 year old Zip has a rather ironic name, because she's as dainty and mellow as they get! This 9lb bundle of fuzz is the epitome of a lap dog. She loves snuggles, car rides, and simply being with her humans. She is dog, cat, pig, parrot, and child friendly. Due to her calm temperament, we think she'd love a calmer home. In fact, at her previous home, she lived with an elderly couple and a canine sibling. She came to us after the couple needed to move into a long-term care facility that didn't allow pets. Zip has wonderful tolerance and has even let us braid her hair. She doesn't mind baths or being brushed. Zip is spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on prevention and shots. Our foster-to-adopt model gives you the flexibility to get to know her before committing to adoption. We recommend at least a 2 week foster period before finalizing adoption. The only fee due up front is the $200 transport fee, paid directly to the transporter, at the time of coordinating transport.
