Ziggy has found his forever home with the Pruitts in NH
UPDATE 9/1: Ziggy is being fostered in Walpole, MA. Please apply for this incredibly sweet puppy now! You can meet him at Pet Rock Sunday 9/13 in Worcester (http://www.petrockfest.com)
Meet the Hill pups, so named because they were born in rescue to a nice lady named Mrs. Hill! Our boy Ziggy here is the middle child of the bunch: at 5-6 months he is 15 lbs so should be small to medium sized when fully grown (maybe 30 pounds at most). He has a beautiful wavy coat, suggestive of perhaps some cocker spaniel in his heritage (?) but he looks most like a JRT. He is laid back but puppy active. He is well socialized, friendly, playful and does well with other dogs and children! He is fine with cats and he is also very quiet and is housetrained. He would be fine in an apartment setting. Adoption fee: $375
Please complete an
online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.
Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to "do their business" outdoors.
If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit by clicking on the Paypal button below. STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
