Ziggy is a young (3 years old), small (30-35 pounds), white Spitz-Chow mix who was recently rescued from Merced where she came in as a stray. If you've been searching for that very special, super, little girl to be your companion in life then you just have to inquire about Ziggy, because she has personality plus. This sweetheart will snuggle beside you while you're reading and wants to share the outside world with you during walks. In fact, she so much loves her walks that she will run back and forth between you and the door to remind you when it's time to go.
Ziggy is house and crate trained, hasn't shown herself to be a digger, barker or escape artist, wants to be by your side to the extent that she will follow you from room to room, loves playing fetch and shredding squeaky toys, rides very well in cars and is so desireous of being the center of your world that she is not inclined to share your attention with other animals. What we've learned about her since coming into rescue is that she's just one lonely, little girl looking for her very own forever home and is hoping that might be you.
