Zeus- young adult male American Staffordshire Terrier, only about a year old; Zeus is a very gentle soul, loves other dogs and people of all sizes; he gets a little worked up over a moving cat, but that's to be expected of his breed. He is pretty quiet (so far). He does tend to pull on-leash, but has apparently never been on a leash until he came to us; we think he has lived his whole life on a chain. He is not very large, and is just a very nice dog, if a bit goofy. He will need obedience training, as he is a bit of a bull in a china shop, but he is not dominant or aggressive.
Zeus has to be adopted outside of Meadow Lake. Only inquires from outside the district will be considered.
WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF FOSTER HOMES FOR OUR DOGS. The pound where they are located is housing 8 dogs in 6 cages. Unfortunately that means that we will have to Euthanize some of these really great pets. If you are able to foster or adopt one of our dogs - please let us know!
