My Story
**Note: Currently, Yeeun is at a foster home in Vancouver, BC.
Background: Yeeun was one of three dogs rescued just before facing euthanasia at a city pound in Yangsan, Korea, earlier this year. After spending two months in a different shelter, she joined our partner’s facility in June. Yeeun gets along well with other dogs. Currently, she is at a foster home living with two cats in Vancouver, BC.
Personality and Socialization: Yeeun may be a bit shy at first, but she opens up quickly and becomes friendly and sociable. She has a moderate energy level and enjoys being around other dogs, though she prefers a quieter environment with fewer canines. Her happiest moments are spent with her human companions, and she loves to follow them, eagerly participating in their daily activities.
Behaviors: Yeeun is well-behaved in the car and enjoys baths. She loves her walks and is excellent on a leash. Barking is rare for her; she remains calm and quiet, showing no signs of destructive behavior. Overall, she is a relaxed and joyful dog, ready to bring happiness to her forever family.
Health and Diet: Yeeun has completed all medical checks and is in excellent health, prepared for her new home. She is vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and receives regular parasite treatments.
Yeeun enjoys Acana dry kibble, made in Canada, and is fed twice daily. Currently, there are no known allergies, allowing her to maintain a healthy and balanced diet.
Ideal Home: Yeeun would flourish in a family that can spend ample time with her, such as individuals who work from home or are retired. She would adapt well to a home with another small, friendly dog. Yeeun is also an excellent choice for first-time dog owners, as her charming and easy-going nature is sure to bring joy and warmth to her new family.
