Sonny is a small 8-month-old apricot Mastiff puppy that came into rescue with Cher(who we believe to be his sister). He did not have the best start in life and needs an experienced home that will be able to help him thru the rough times. Sonny is not well socialized and is afraid of the outside world. His personality shines while he is in the house or in the yard but he is very afraid when we go for walks. Sonny is starting to learn sit & down and basic house manners. He does not know that jumping on the table is something us humans do not appreciate! He is crate-trained and has not had any accidents in his crate. He loves to play with the resident dogs and is very dependent on his sister. It will be best for Sonny to be separated from his sister so that he can bond with his human family and learn to enjoy all the world has to offer. Obedience classes will be a requirement for adoption. Also, because of his shyness he will only go to a family whose children are 10 and up. Sonny’s adoption fee is $400.
